A week that fits your family
We are one warm, busy preschool room with a garden, open Monday to Friday in term time. You build your week from the sessions below, from two mornings to five full days.
Morning session
3 hours, Monday to Friday8.45am to 11.45am
The classic preschool morning. Add an optional snack for 1 pound.
Morning with lunch
3 hours plus a lunch hour, Monday to Friday8.45am to 12.45pm
The morning session followed by lunch with friends. The lunch hour is charged at 12 pounds.
Bring a packed lunch from home.
Afternoon session
3 hours, Monday to Friday12.45pm to 3.45pm
All the same learning, after lunch. Add an optional snack for 1 pound.
Full day
6 funded hours, Monday to Friday8.45am to 3.45pm, or 8.45am to 2.45pm, or 9.45am to 3.45pm
A whole preschool day. On the 8.45am to 3.45pm pattern the lunch hour is charged at 12 pounds; the shorter patterns fit entirely within funded hours. Optional snacks are 2 pounds for a full day.
Bring a packed lunch from home.
Early start and late pick up
Early drop off is available from 7.30am and late pick up until 6.00pm, in 15 and 30 minute steps. Both are chargeable; ask us for a quote because the cost depends on the times you choose.
The small print, in plain sight
How booking works
- Every child attends a minimum of 2 sessions (6 hours) each week, up to a maximum of 10 sessions (30 hours), subject to availability.
- We accept both 15 hour and 30 hour government funding.
- Hours attended beyond your funded hours are charged at 12 pounds per hour.
- Snacks are optional at 1 pound per session or 2 pounds for a full day. If you opt out, send a healthy snack from home, two for a full day.

- Ends Thursday 17 December 2026, half day, we close at 12.45pm
Term 3, Spring
- Starts Monday 4 January 2027
- Ends Friday 12 February 2027
Term 4, Spring
- Starts Monday 22 February 2027
- Ends Thursday 25 March 2027
Term 5, Summer
- Starts Monday 12 April 2027
- Closed Monday 3 May 2027 for the bank holiday
- Ends Friday 28 May 2027
Term 6, Summer
- Starts Monday 7 June 2027
- Ends Thursday 15 July 2027
- Friday 16 July 2027: graduation party for children going to Reception
New starters join us for stay and play visits in the week before Term 1, and the summer ends with a graduation party for everyone heading off to Reception.
