A welcome from our manager

Hello, and come on in

Choosing childcare is a strange thing to do. You are handing the most important person in your world to people you met for half an hour. I have worked in early years for a long time and I still remember exactly how that feels, so the first thing to say is simply this: come and see us. Watch a normal morning. Ask the awkward questions.

We are one preschool room and a garden, and we like it that way. Everyone here knows every child. [TO CONFIRM: one specific detail about the setting from Sherri]

Why families choose us

Why parents choose us

Qualified, checked people

Every member of the team holds a current DBS check and paediatric first aid training. Our manager Sherri is Level 6 qualified and most of the team hold Level 3 or above.

Play based learning

We follow the EYFS, the government framework for early years, through play, creating and exploring. It is how children get genuinely school ready without ever sitting a lesson.

The garden, daily

Ofsted saw it themselves: children here spend plenty of time outside in the fresh air. Planting beds, a sandpit, water play and space to run, in every weather.

Hours that flex

Core sessions run 8.45am to 3.45pm, and wrap around care stretches the day from 7.30am to 6.00pm. Build a week from 2 sessions to 10.
